Your shared mailbox processes itself
Every mail with an attachment ends up in the right place, and the mailbox no longer clogs up.
The challenge
Hundreds of mails arrive in info@ or invoices@ every day. Someone drags them into folders and forwards them. A mail stays unread, and an invoice that arrives twice is sometimes booked twice.
How it works
- DataSnap reads the mailbox in Microsoft 365, on another mail server or on a DataSnap address of your own.
- Every attachment gets the right processing. An Office attachment becomes a PDF first.
- A duplicate attachment stands out. What DataSnap does not recognise goes to a list for review.
- The result is in your systems, and the mail moves to the folder you choose.
What it brings
A worked example with 200 mails a day, 1 minute of sorting per mail and 10 percent of mails that DataSnap does not recognise.
| Nr | Per day | Today | With DataSnap |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Sorting and forwarding | about 3.3 hours | about 20 minutes |
Who it is for
Any organisation with a shared mailbox for invoices, orders or requests.
The mail channel is an add-on. It is in no edition.
Next step
Ask your partner for a demo. Your partner shows you with a test mailbox how DataSnap sorts a day of mail. If you do not have a partner yet, we will suggest one.

Demo
See DataSnap at work on documents from your own sector.
In 30 minutes we scan a stack of samples, such as an application form or a delivery note, and you see how each value is read and checked. You know the price up front.
