For €750 you get DataSnap Standard on one PC next to the scanner, with updates and support. What that PC processes is unlimited: you pay nothing per document or per page. If you also want fields read, you choose Extended. For a department, a municipality or a hospital there are packages that add the portal, the phone app and a volume for the cloud. All prices are per year and excl. VAT.

Each package includes Standard scan stations, the portal, phone users and a yearly volume for the cloud and the archive, with updates and support. Under each price you see what the stations, the portal and the phone users would cost separately.
For one department
The front desk or accounts, with two places where scanning happens.

If you add stations or phone users, we charge them as extras. Once the next package works out cheaper, you move up to it automatically.
The package price is the same if you buy through your document or IT partner.
Usage
Nothing the desktop or the Windows service processes on your own PC or server is ever counted. No price per document or per page, however much you scan. A volume only applies to what runs on our servers.
Two things count: documents we process in the cloud (text recognition, a workflow or AI on our key) and what is kept in the archive. Each package includes a yearly volume for both. Phone submissions and review in the portal are part of the package, within a generous limit.
That way you know up front what you will pay, and it fits on a purchase order. At 80% and at 100% you get a notice in the portal. Processing does not stop: we look at it together and settle once a year.

Frequently asked questions
Recognition and AI run on your own PC or server. An extra page costs us nothing, so we do not charge for it, however much you scan. Only what runs on our servers counts towards the volume in your package.
Every document we process on our servers: text recognition, a workflow or AI in the cloud. A document of 1 to 20 pages counts as one. A longer document counts once for every 20 pages or part of 20, so 45 pages count as three. What the desktop or the service processes on your premises does not count. If you use AI with your own key, we charge no AI costs. The document does count towards your volume.
At 80% and at 100% you get a notice in the portal. Processing carries on as normal. We get in touch and settle once a year: you order an extra block, or next year you take the package that fits.
A one-day remote start-up costs €950. In that day we install DataSnap, set up your first workflow and train your people to use it. For a larger project with three days of support we charge €2,850, and €850 for each day after that. Excl. VAT.
The license, all updates and support by e-mail. With Extended, phone support as well.
Yes. The license comes from the portal. After an upgrade the new features are on straight away, without reinstalling.
No. We work with annual licenses. With a three-year contract your price stays the same for all three years.
They are already in PDF/A and XML in your own folders or archive. You export your settings and workflows with the built-in backup.
