How it works
Everything runs at your place, on the PC next to the scanner.
DataSnap Desktop and the Windows service do all the work on your own PC or server: scanning, reading, checking and delivery. The portal and the phone app are an add-on with the same workflows, for anyone who also wants to check in the browser or on the road. Without that add-on, everything stays in-house.

Review
Click a field and you see where it is on the page.
- One box per value. Click the invoice number and DataSnap draws a box around it on the page. If the box is in the wrong place, you draw one around the right text yourself.
- Empty stays empty. If a value appears nowhere in the document, the label turns red and DataSnap leaves the field blank.
- It does the sums. The amount excl. VAT plus VAT must equal the total. For an IBAN or a VAT number it checks that the digits add up.
- It remembers your correction. Correct one invoice from a supplier and the next one from that supplier arrives filled in.
